Bike Ride and Lunch in East Lansing.  Marsha and Doug are organizing this event for July 11,2008. We will meet at Reno’s East , then ride bikes through the trails and end up back at Reno’s for lunch.  A walking of the trails is also an option for those not wanting to ride bikes. Or, you could skip the exercise, and meet for the lunch part.  Meet at Reno’s East in the parking lot on the NE corner of Saginaw and Abbott at 10:30 Am.  Lunch will be at 12:30 PM.  Sign up at the meeting or e-mail Marsha so she will know how many to expect.

The Detroit Symphony is playing a Bernstein and Sondheim program at Meadowbrook, the first weekend of August.  Lawn tickets are only $10.  We could carpool in vans, pitching in for gas.  And if we go earlier for good seats on the lawn with blankets and chairs, we could take picnic dinners.   Any takers??  Joyce Davenport will chair this event.

SAVE THE DATE! – Wednesday – 8/13/08 – Let’s meet at Ranney Park to hear 3 Men & A Tenor again.  Bring lawn chairs, blankets, picnic dinners – whatever!  Concert begins at 7 PM, but come early for dinner and visiting.  Let Pat Andrews know if you will be joining us so we have an idea of how much space we’ll need.  She will be there by 5  PM.  E-mail or call her to let her know that you are coming..  Hope to see you there

Turkeyville Dinner Theater has two programs in the upcoming months – Midlife Crisis Musical on July 25,26, August 1,2,8,9,15,16 and Murder on Halloween on October 31, November 1.  The theater is at 18935 15 ½ mile
